Disc two features a complete class delivered by Professor Ruth Giannada to seniors at ghe Institut Jaques-Dalcroze, Geneva, Switzerland during the 2007 congress. Ruth has been teaching seniors for many years and is engaged in joint reserach with Reto Kressing MD, Department of Rehabilitation and Geriatrics Geneva University Hospitals, on the benefits of eurhythmics training for seniors. The participants in the class are non-musicians aged between 65 and 85. The focus is to improve mobility in order to prevent falling while also increasing cognitive and emotional well-being.
